My clothes dryer stopped heating.

Thoroughly professional. I called around noon, they arrived at 7 the same day and finished by 8 pm. Explained everything before and during repair, cleaned up, and we were back in business.Of note, it was the owner, Dean himself, who did the work. Incidentally, he called and let me know he was on the way. I got a simultaneous text message with a little app that showed me exactly where he was, right up to the time he parked outside. The whole experience was very impressive. I also received a discount for being an AL member and another for being an old f*rt. :)
These people are in my phone now. I would definitely call again, and recommend them to anyone.

I have used Appliance Dean twice now and have been completely satisfied on both occasions.
1 - ice maker. Dean was responsive, arrived on time diagnosed the problem and told me I needed a new ice maker, whichI could probably fix it on my own as it is a "plug and play" device in order to save money. Dean showed me where to order it online and boom, done. I was very impressed with his honesty.
2. Dryer. I called Dean at 4:45 on a Tuesday before another big ice storm was expected in Atlanta. Dean was in Suwanee but agreed to stop by on his way back home, knowing the storm was coming and we needed the repair. He arrived at 8:00 PM, which he had called earlier to make sure it was not to late. Fixed the issue and was on his way.

We needed our refrigerator fixed. We contacted Angie's List. Dean's wife scheduled the call; I was impressed already. I thought, "This lady is smart." On the day of the appointment, Dean showed up as appointed. I was met by a clear eyed, intelligent, extraordinarily knowledgable technician who quickly diagnosed the problem, though it appears this is a rare and exceptional issue. I was so impressed that I led him to two more appliance problems which he also lucidly diagnosed.
If this young man is the face of America, we are in good hands! If you need his services, and if you can get him. do yourself a favor - get him to do your repair. Wow!

He spent a long time defrosting the line, but the water tubing cracked in the door somehow. This was very unfortunate for him since he now had to replace my entire freezer door at his expense. He gladly ordered the door and returned to install it about 2 weeks later. He also evaluated my dryer heating problem and told me what the probable issue appeared to be. Dean was exceptional in this expensive situation. Very professional through it all. Highly recommended!

Dean has repaired appliances at my home, for my daughter, for my friends and for my business. He is a straight up guy that delivers more than what I pay him to do. He always has helpful advice on how to avoid issues and is creative with ways to solve problems short of buying something new. He even knows how long things will probably last, in other words, "this sub zero has reached it's expected life, but I can try and repair starting with plan A at $400 and may cost all the way to $1200" This was very helpful because then I could understand the potential costs of all approaches. In that case we lucked out with the cheap repair which was great because we bought the unit used and don't have the money for a new one. Can't say enough about this guy, I recommend him to everyone I know.

Had a problem with Scotsman ice maker not making ice and selected Dean from Angies List. He reattqached spinners and nozzles which had come loose and used thread lock to help keep them in place in the future.

We were able to schedule ou appointment for the next day and he arrived EARLY, our first great sign! He identified the problem quickly. The repair did not take any additional parts and he did a thorough evaluation of the different systems. He also took a look at our Sub-Zero fridge while he was here and did not charge us extra. March - replaced dryer belt
September - quick fix for failed, but valiant attempt by husband to replace dryer vent tube with thinner one.
